Zero customer service and very unprofessional. I go to Starbucks everyday and I just so happened to go to this one to have my drink remade and they almost didn’t remake my drink for me because I had originally got my drink from the Starbucks on Waterloo and 99 a few miles away. I had my receipt from less than 10 minutes before ! Didn’t say hi, didn’t say bye, happy Fourth of July just that they will remake my drink this one time but will not in the future. I spend $300 or more a month on Starbucks to have baristas and management be so unkind and unprofessional is such a bad look on Starbucks. This location needs all new management and employees ASAP

I ordered with light ice and they give me little coffee with full cup of ice. Not satisfied with the service at all

Nice store, always clean and super large and open floorplan. Can take a while to get drinks at times, employees tend to need reminding to get your items timely otherwise they can be left out of reach and out of mind for them. Overall though, baristas are friendly, and drinks have been decent. It's location is key to why I stop here often. Parking is easy to which is a plus.

OK, I come here literally every morning to get work done and the staff here is phenomenal! I should’ve made this review a long time ago. They always remember my order and everyone is always so sweet to me. They keep the lobby very clean and the music is always good. This is definitely my Starbucks go to. The only thing that they could improve out the charging outlets. They are on the floor and a little bit awkward when trying to plug in my MagSafe charging brick for my Mac. I have to go home when my laptop is dying because I can’t charge it here. If they swap those out, this will be the perfect Starbucks! And on top of that, the coffee that I get is always made perfectly… Blonde roast with vanilla bean powder, steamed oat milk, and cinnamon on top! Nom nom nom!

i went to this starbucks after my granddaughter nini fell of her wheelchair….we then entered first of all the place was so awesome… i encountered a problem with my daughter habaji she wouldnt sit down i got so mad like oh my goodness what is wrong with this generation… anyways i encountered these two very sweet workers named mariah and jocelyn they made my granddaughter nini happy after falling off the wheel chair(so grateful) god bless this amazing establishment will recomendación 10/10 service me and my granddaughters and grad papi would come here again.. by the way my daughter habaji said that this is her favorite place ( so blessed thank my lord) god bless all merry Christmas.. (nini fell off her wheelchair again) so silly
